OvisLink ICE008 is phone system for Small Office and Home Office that delivers traditional PBX functions and more with advanced Internet protocol technologies. It is compact in size, diverse in features, easy to install and administer, and rides on existing broadband data network to provide robust, dynamic, and user friendly voice communication services to small/medium and home offices over local and wide area networks. Key features for SOHO: * Auto attendant - No receptionist is needed, save time for picking up phone calls * Ring Groups - Route callers to the right group of persons. For example, after the phone system picked up the call, caller can dial 1 for sales, 2 for accounting... and calls will be routed to 1 or more extensions base on what you chose for the ring group. * Voice mail to email - Receive voice mail any time even not in the office. * Remote extensions - Partners in different locations, Employees work at home can still receive phone calls like they are in the office, and the caller doesn't even know the person is not in the same location. * Call Transfer - After picked a call, you may transfer to aonther department, any person in the company, even the extension in another location or work at home. * Call forward - When the extension no answer, busy, forward the call to any extension even outside phone number (Configurable, voice mail, no answer forward and busy forward can't work at the same time.) * Music on hold * SIP Compatible - Compatible with most VoIP service providers in the market. * Easy to be configure - Web interface. Configuration as easy as a SOHO router. Compatibility: OvisLink ICE008 is SIP compatible. All the SIP VoIP phones, SIP ATA, SIP Gateways, SIP soft phones may be used with it.
